      Steps to follow

      Step 1

Take the coconut oil and add it to a large pot. This oil should then be heated gently, once hot, you will need to add the garlic, ginger and onions. These ingredients need to be fried for 2 minutes so that the amazing flavours and aromas are released. Once soft, take the ingredients out of the pan and add them into a bowl.

      Step 2

Once the pot has been emptied, add the fish fillets of your choice. You will need to fry each side of the fish for 3 minutes.

      Step 3

After you have fried the fish for 6 minutes, you will need to add the onions, garlic and ginger back to the pot. As well as this the coconut milk and the curry powder will need to be added too. The pot should then be left on a medium heat simmering away for 10 minutes.

      Step 4

Once the 10 minutes is up, it is time to add the seasoning. You will need to add salt and pepper as well as possibly adding chilli flakes to the pot too.
