- 200 g white fish fillet (cod, plaice, sole; fresh or frozen)
- 150 ml low-far coconut milk
- 1 clove chopped garlic
- 10 g grated ginger
- 150 g fresh spinach
- 1 Diced onion
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- Optional chili flakes, unrefined salt, black pepper
